All of our productes are handcrafted, meaning that slight variations in appearance and color may occur. These differences add to the uniqueness of each candle and are not considered defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations as described in the product listing.

Therefore, we do not accept returns based on color discrepancies, texture, or minor differences from the product photos. By completing your purchase, you agree to these variations.

We have a 14-day return policy for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, the candle must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for items of the same value or a voucher for future purchases.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transport, such as flattened candles, broken pieces, or significant deformations.

To process an exchange, we require the following photos:

The outside of the packaging showing visible damage

The shipping label with the address and barcode clearly visible

The opened package with all its contents visible

The damaged candle or item

Please contact us at [email address] within 48 hours of delivery with the above information to arrange an exchange. Once approved, we will provide further instructions. Exchanges will only be approved for items confirmed as damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Issues such as candle flattening, broken pieces, or similar transport-related damage qualify for an exchange.

We strive to ensure all packages are securely wrapped and protected. However, damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the exchange instructions above.

We are happy to provide a replacement for damaged items, but we do not issue refunds for any reason.
