Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please review the following important details regarding our shipping policy:

Shipping Method
We ship all packages via PostNL or DHL. A track-and-trace code will be provided with your order so you can monitor your package on the official PostNL website or DHL website.

Tracking is available both within and outside the EU. If you encounter issues with the PostNL website or need to track packages from different carriers, please use the provided link above.

Production Time
Since our candles are handmade and made to order, please allow an additional 2–7 business days for production. We work to complete each order as efficiently as possible.

Delivery Times

• BENELUX: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days (excluding production time).
• Other EU countries: Delivery may take 5–7 business days (excluding production time).

Shipments to the US, UK, and Non-EU Countries
For shipments outside the EU, including the US and UK, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Customs clearance times may vary and are outside our and the carrier’s control. Once the package clears customs, it will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery. During holiday periods, customs processing may exceed the usual 1-week period, possibly leading to further delays.

Important Notice
Customers are responsible for any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, that may be applied upon entry into the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are not covered by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost and Stolen Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels left in exposed locations or stolen after delivery. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.

Parcels Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to delivery issues, the customer will need to cover the re-shipping cost. VIOLETSON does not accept postal fees incurred from returned parcels.

Inspection of Delivery
Upon receipt, please inspect your package for any signs of damage. Kindly send clear photos showing both the exterior with the shipping label and the interior with the contents if you notice any damage.
